Processing Time
All items are custom-made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipping. Processing times may vary during busy seasons or for large orders.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via USPS (or selected carrier). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or listed per item.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- 3–7 business days (USPS First Class / Ground Advantage)
- 1–3 business days (USPS Priority Mail, if selected)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the carrier’s possession. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Shipping insurance is available upon request.
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of my products:
- No refunds or cancellations once production has started
- Please contact me within 24 hours of purchase if changes are needed
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
