By placing an order with Mrs Wendy Designs, you agree to the following:
Custom Orders
All items are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Requests after this time cannot be guaranteed.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipping. Processing times may vary during busy seasons.
Colors, Designs & Handmade Variations
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and materials. As handmade items, minor variations are normal and part of the uniqueness of each piece.
Sizing (Apparel)
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Mrs Wendy Designs is not responsible for sizing issues.
Care Instructions
Care instructions are provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or misuse.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has shipped, it is in the carrier’s possession. Mrs Wendy Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
Right to Refuse Service
Mrs Wendy Designs reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Pricing & Errors
Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders due to errors or inaccuracies.
